Meet the Team: Hayley Raynes, Content & Social Media Manager

As content and social media manager, Hayley Raynes provides creative direction and support for all written materials produced on behalf of AdventurUs Women, ensuring that messaging is consistent across all channels and that the tone and subject matter of all content is in line with the company’s brand identity, mission, and values. With more than fifteen years’ experience as a content creator and branding/marketing strategist for both digital and traditional media, Hayley’s expertise lies in creative development combined with technical best practices and data-based adjustments.


As an advertising professional, who once dreamed of being a park ranger and is now an enthusiastic mountain biker, climber and peak seeker, working with AdventurUs Women is an opportunity for Hayley to apply her marketing skills to a venture that is truly meaningful. As a working mother of two young children, Hayley appreciates the AdventurUs Women’s mission of helping women of all ages and demographics decompress and have fun in the outdoors.


Hayley has a B.A. in English literature from Mount Saint Mary’s University and an M.A. in English composition from California State University, San Bernardino.
